Boxing is one of the most demanding workouts available today AND also one of the most rewarding.
It is a challenging workout and can improve your overall fitness. 

 

It is a high-intensity workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter.  Our classes can be enjoyed by beginners up to advanced boxers as drills can be modified to suit the participant.
Our Boxing Sessions start with a moderate warm up introducing the basic punches that will be used during the session.  Pad work with a partner takes up a large component of the session, followed by core exercises and a cool down.

Though the name 'Boot Camp' was inspired by military training camps, our instructors do not use intimidation tactics in the classes. The classes are structured to be a full cardiovascular body workout in an exciting and motivating environment in which you will still able to see and feel results. The trainers are there to motivate not humiliate.

It is meant to be challenging. Be prepared to be pushed beyond your limits in order to reach your goals.
