Ruby Connection Nomination

Charli has recently received a nomination by the Westpac Glenside Branch for businesswoman of the Year as part of their Ruby Connection program.
Westpac is Australia's only bank with a unit exclusively dedicated to supporting women called the 'Westpac Women’s Market Team'. The Westpac Women’s Market Team is aimed at helping to provide women with education, information and networking opportunities through a national program run across both metro and regional Australia.
Every year, each Westpac Branch Nominates a woman in business as ‘businesswoman of the Year’. This year Westpac Glenside Branch has selected Charli for their area. Arriving in Adelaide for the first time early in 2010, Charli founded her own fitness studio called Studio Charli which provides an ever expanding range of fun and dance fitness solutions to women including Zumba Fitness Classes, Groundworx Classes, dancing lessons and most recently Boot Camp. In her short time in Adelaide Charli has managed to have a positive impact on the lives of many women from a range of disciplines. People refer to her following as being cult like with many ladies rushing to classes in order to get their Charli fix . Charli's nomination has come about not only because of the professional and high-quality fitness classes she provides and her impact on the local ladies and not only because of her charitable nature where she has been involved in fundraising for several causes including 'Make-A-Wish Foundation', Adelaide Zoo and Uganda. But her nomination has come about because of her positive can do attitude and her contagiously joyful personality, no matter how bad your day at work has been you always leave Charli's class with a smile on your face.
Luckily for Charli she has found her forte in doing what she loves. Zumba is a dance fitness craze that is taking the world by storm and with Charli flying the flag here in Adelaide's East we are seeing many physical and psychological success stories and people loving every step of the way there.
